MAVERICK Services Bureau, LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned legal support and investigative firm governed by a deliberate dual-executive structure that ensures continuity, accountability, and long-term stability. Co-owned and co-directed by a Retired United States Marine and his executive partner/spouse, each holds defined ownership, authority, and fiduciary responsibility. This intentional model establishes MAVERICK as an institution, not a personality-driven operation.

The Marine Veteran serves as Managing Executive and Chief Investigator, applying command-level leadership, lawful authority, mission discipline, and operational rigor. His spouse, as Co-Owner and Executive Director, exercises principal authority over administration, compliance, risk management, financial governance, and operational integrity. Her foundational role provides separation of duties, internal checks and balances, and independent review—strengthening credibility, ethics, and continuity across divisions.

Together, the owners follow a unified governance doctrine drawn from military, judicial, and institutional frameworks: defined authority, documented decisions, procedural precision, and zero tolerance for ethical deviation. Strategic actions undergo formal evaluation, operations are documented contemporaneously, and accountability is enforced internally first. This partnership delivers rare built-in oversight, fostering stability, transparency, resilience, evidentiary integrity, and consistent compliance—independent of individuals or circumstances.

Our operational philosophy follows the doctrine of Allan Pinkerton, founder of modern private detective agencies. Pinkerton transformed investigative work into a disciplined institution of accountability, grounded in documented facts, lawful authority, verifiable truth, neutrality, and rejection of bias or improvisation.
