MAVERICK Services Bureau, LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned legal support and investigative firm jointly owned and governed by a dual-executive leadership structure designed to ensure operational continuity, institutional accountability, and long-term organizational stability. The firm is co-owned and co-directed by a Retired United States Marine and his executive partner and spouse, each holding defined ownership interests, executive authority, and fiduciary responsibility within the company. This structure reflects intentional governance—not convenience—and establishes MAVERICK as an institution rather than a personality-driven operation.


As Managing Executive and Chief Investigator, the Marine Veteran brings command-level leadership grounded in lawful authority, mission discipline, and operational rigor. As Co-Owner and Executive Director, his spouse serves as a principal authority within the organization, exercising executive control over administration, compliance oversight, risk management, financial governance, and operational integrity. Her role is not supportive in nature—it is foundational, ensuring separation of duties, internal checks and balances, and independent executive review. This co-ownership model strengthens credibility, safeguards ethics, and reinforces continuity across the firm’s divisions.


Together, the owners operate under a unified governance doctrine modeled after proven military, judicial, and institutional frameworks: clearly defined authority, documented decision-making, procedural exactness, and zero tolerance for ethical deviation. Strategic actions are evaluated through a formal process, operational conduct is contemporaneously documented, and accountability is enforced internally before it is ever demanded externally. This partnership serves as a force multiplier, enhancing stability, transparency, and resilience in an industry that often lacks all three.
